Starters

– Tricolour of fanned melon served with tropical fruit and fruit coulis

– King prawns on skewers served on a bed of rocket salad

– Smoked chicken salad

– Vegetable soup served with cheese and onion sippetts

– Sliced beef tomato and fanned avocado salad, topped with mozzarella and fresh basil dressing

 

Mains

– Supreme of chicken topped with ham and mozzarella, served with a chicken jus

– Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, served with a red wine jus

– Roast leg of lamb served with garlic and rosemary

– Salmon encroute served with mushroom and herb sauce

– All main courses are served with either mashed, roast, new or dauphinoise potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables

 

Desserts

РTarte au citron with cr̬me fraiche and fresh raspberries

– Traditional fruit crumble with vanilla ice cream

– Cream-filled profiteroles layered with a warm dark chocolate sauce

– Meringue nest filled with fresh berries and a fresh fruit cream

– Applie pie served with fresh cream or vanilla ice cream
